Peanuts Global Artist Collective
Permanent & Temporary Activations
Worldwide
Building on the legacy of Peanuts visionary Charles Schulz, Culture Corps brought together seven fine artists comprising The Peanuts Global Artist Collective. The Collective is an unprecedented global initiative bringing the beloved Peanuts characters to life in new and exciting ways for the public to experience, giving the gift of art to everyone. The project launched with murals in San Francisco, Mexico City, NYC, Paris, Berlin, Seoul, and Tokyo. Continuing the following year, Kenny Shcarf wrapped a NASA ISS Module in Houston, Texas, AVAF built a 3D Peanuts sculpture in Mexico City, and André Saraiva, Mr. A, installed graffiti-style Schultz tributes throughout Galeries Lafayette in Paris, with additional public art to follow. The Collective received the International Licensing Award for Best Licensed Collaboration.
